After completing one of the largest bottling halls in Europe, at the Diageo Leven site during early 2011, JD Pierce are now fabricating and installing over 300 tonnes of steelwork and providing all wall and roof cladding for the new luxury products bottling hall.

Working with Balfour Beatty Scottish and Southern Ltd, JD Pierce are delivering the structural steelwork for the new retail, office and residential project at the top of Buchanan Street Glasgow. The steelwork project is over £2m in value and will involve the supply and erection of circa 1400t of steelwork.

J & D Pierce are delivering the new 50 metre leisure pool, associated facilities, multi storey 500 space car park and retail units. A large volume `Leaf`shaped structure containing the pool area rises to a height of almost 20 metres.

We are pleased to have secured the contract for the redevelopment and reconstruction of ten bonded warehouses for Chivas Brothers including sheeting and cladding works.

JD Pierce are undertaking the structural steelwork and pre-cast for the new Library and Community Hub. This is the first builidng on the £300m HUB South East programme. We look forward to suppoting Morrison on this and further HubCo projects.

J&D Pierce are delivering the new £44m school redevelopment, replacing the current facilities of Drumpark and St Ambrose School. The project comprises over 1600 tonnes of structural steelwork and cold rolled steel.

J&D Pierce have secured the 950 tonnes structural steelwork package for the remediation and re-build of various zones associated with the multi-million pound reinstatement of Chivas warehousing in Mulben, Moray Scotland. The project is in response to snow damage inflicted during the winter of 2009/10. We look forward to working with Robertson Northern on this important and prestigious project.

J&D Pierce have commenced work on the new bottling and blending plant at Leven for Rok Group. The project comprises a filter room and main bottling hall totalling over 1800 tonnes.
